What Your Sponsorship Funds
Sponsorship money does not go into a general fund. It goes into the subsidy pool that pays for a specific person's care. Every approved member is assigned one of three support levels based on what their situation actually requires.
$500
Basic Support
Prescription navigation, benefits advocacy, and connection to a provider network. For someone whose main barrier is knowing where to go and what they qualify for.
$1,500
Standard Care
Primary care access, prescription coverage, and mental health sessions. For someone managing an ongoing condition without insurance to carry it.
$5,000
Critical Care
Chronic disease management, medical devices such as glucose monitors, and full care coordination. For the cases where cost is the reason treatment stopped.
Those three numbers are what the tiers below translate into. A $5,000 sponsorship is not an abstract contribution. It is one person carried through a year of critical care, or ten people who stop having to choose between a prescription and a utility bill.

How It Works
Sponsorship starts with a conversation, not a form. We want to know what your organization cares about before we propose anything.
Tell us your budget range and what matters to your team. Some sponsors want their name on a program. Others want none of that and just want the money to work.
Choose a published tier or build something custom. Multi-year commitments, employee matching, and event-specific sponsorships are all workable.
Your contribution enters the subsidy pool that pays for member care. You receive written acknowledgment for your tax records.
Champion level and above receive impact reporting showing how many members were supported and at which care levels.
Sponsor Questions
Yes. Angels for Health is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so corporate sponsorships are deductible as charitable contributions to the extent allowed by law. You will receive written acknowledgment for your records.
Yes. Sponsorships can be directed toward a specific launch state or a specific category of care, such as prescription access or medical devices. Tell us what you want your money doing and we will structure it that way.
The tiers are a starting point, not a requirement. We work with organizations above and below these numbers. If $3,000 is what you have, that funds six people at Basic Support and we would rather have it than not.
Yes. We can set up an employee giving campaign or accept matched contributions through your existing program. These often reach further than a single corporate gift because they bring your team into it.
It scales with the tier, from a name on the website at Community level to title sponsorship of a program at Angel level. Sponsors who prefer to stay anonymous are welcome, and we will honor that.
