Aid is available to eligible Americans who are uninsured, unable to afford coverage, or experiencing financial hardship. Membership is free. There is a one-time $10 application fee.
How It Works
To qualify, applicants must be uninsured, unable to afford coverage, or demonstrate financial hardship. Those with insurance or the means to pay are not eligible.
Complete the form describing your medical need and financial situation. There is a one-time $10 application fee. We may request additional documentation during the vetting process.
Free membership gives you access to all assistance programs, resources, and provider networks.
Our team reviews every application carefully. Applicants must be uninsured, unable to afford coverage, or demonstrate financial hardship to qualify.
Approved applicants will be connected with a financial assistance team member who will guide next steps.
