Where Your Money Goes

Donations are not pooled into a general operating fund. They go into the subsidy pool that pays for a specific member's care. Every approved member is assigned one of three support levels based on what their situation actually requires.

$500

Basic Support

Prescription navigation, benefits advocacy, and connection to a provider network. For someone whose main barrier is knowing where to go and what they qualify for.

$1,500

Standard Care

Primary care access, prescription coverage, and mental health sessions. For someone managing an ongoing condition without insurance to carry it.

$5,000

Critical Care

Chronic disease management, medical devices such as glucose monitors, and full care coordination. For the cases where cost is the reason treatment stopped.

Small gifts are not rounding errors against those numbers. Five people giving $100 covers one member at Basic Support for a year. That is one person who stops rationing a prescription.

Ways to Give

Most people use a card. These are the other options if a card is not how you want to do it.

Card or bank transfer

Processed securely through Qgiv. Takes about a minute and you get an emailed receipt straight away.

Recurring gifts

A monthly gift is worth more to us than the same amount given once, because it lets us commit to a member's care before the money is in hand. Email us and we will set it up.

Check

We accept checks made out to Angels for Health, Inc. Email info@angelsforhealth.org for the mailing address.

Donor-advised funds

If you give through a DAF or a family foundation, we can provide the documentation your sponsor requires. Send us a note and we will get it to you.

In honor or in memory

Use the dedication field above. If you would like us to notify a family, include their address in the comment box and we will send a card with no amount listed.

Employer matching

Many employers match charitable gifts dollar for dollar, and most people never check. Ask your HR team, then send us the form and we will complete our side.

Donor Questions

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. Angels for Health is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so donations are deductible to the full extent permitted by law. A receipt is emailed at the time of your gift, and we can reissue it later if you lose it.

Can I choose who my donation helps?

You can direct a gift toward a care category, such as prescription access or medical devices, or toward a specific launch state. We cannot assign a gift to a named individual, because member applications are confidential and reviewed on need.

What happens to my money if a member is not approved?

It stays in the subsidy pool and goes to the next approved member. Nothing is returned to a general fund and no gift sits idle waiting on one application.

Do you sell or share donor information?

No. We do not sell, rent, or trade donor data, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing. Our privacy policy spells out exactly what we collect and why.

Can I give anonymously?

Yes. Leave the dedication and comment fields blank and note it in the comment box if you would like your name left off anything public. We will honor that.

How do I cancel or change a recurring gift?

Email info@angelsforhealth.org or call 888-532-8AFH. There is no retention script waiting for you. We will change or stop it the same week.

Corporate Giving

Is your company ready to make a meaningful impact?

Corporate sponsorships go further than individual donations. They fund entire assistance programs, cover operational costs, and put your brand alongside a cause your customers care about.
