Overview

Our Code of Conduct outlines our commitment to maintaining compliance with federal, state and local laws, and any contractual requirements applicable to our operations. It reflects our core values of integrity, accountability, and transparency in everything we do.

Who This Code Applies To

The Code applies to every employee, officer, director, vendor, or agent doing business with, or on behalf of, Angels for Health. All individuals covered by this Code are expected to understand and uphold its standards in all professional activities.

Reporting Violations

Any violations of the Code should be reported to any member of the Leadership Team and/or a member of the Board. Angels for Health is committed to addressing all concerns promptly and without retaliation against those who report in good faith.

Corporate Compliance

Our corporate compliance program ensures the organization operates with integrity and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies, in support of its core values of integrity and accountability.

Compliance responsibilities include:

• Adhering to all applicable nonprofit regulatory requirements
• Maintaining accurate financial records and transparent reporting
• Protecting the confidentiality of applicant and donor information
• Avoiding conflicts of interest in all business dealings
• Ensuring that all assistance is distributed fairly and in accordance with established eligibility criteria

Commitment to Transparency

Angels for Health is committed to transparency and ethical business practices. Policies, procedures, and information regarding the relationship between care, treatment, or services and financial incentives are available upon request to all individuals served and staff.
